Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This policy explains how ObjectSingle handles personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and use it only for the purposes set out below.
Who we are
OBJECTSINGLE, UNIPESSOAL LDA, trading as ObjectSingle Technologies, is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are based in Lisbon, Portugal, and serve clients internationally. For any privacy question you can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
- Usage information. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use your data and our legal basis
We use contact details to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We use analytics on the basis of your consent where required and our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:
- Notion, to store and manage contact-form submissions.
- PostHog (EU hosting), Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics, for website analytics.
- Vercel, for website hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained in line with the settings of the tools listed above. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissao Nacional de Proteccao de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to measure how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
